JOB DESCRIPTION
- TEMPORARY

Provide technical support for Wi-Fi lock provisioning, including device setup, network configuration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Ensure secure access control integration
• Document procedures
• Assist customers remotely
• Collaborate with teams to maintain system reliability, perform updates, and deliver excellent service while meeting performance and security standards, consistently always.
• Other duties assign by Manager.

COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION: Requires a high school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to learn and effectively use all equipment to provide technical support
• Must have customer service experience
