JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and is responsible for assisting in the coaching of student-athletes and management of a NCAA Division I intercollegiate women’s soccer program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with organizing team practice and schedule
- Assists with tasks associated with recruiting: Letters of Intent (signing), official, and unofficial visits, etc.
- Monitors student-athletes class attendance, study hall, and grades
- Serves as a role model for student-athletes
- Assists with scheduling and team travel
- Assists with strength and conditioning program
- Maintains records of participation and other compliance related matters
- Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment (i.e. uniforms, game equipment)
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and use critical thinking skills
- Good time management skills
- A professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a high energy environment with people of other cultures and backgrounds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Must comply with all NCAA rules and regulations
- The scope of the position requires travel, weekend and evening work
