JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME


The Oral Roberts University School of Liberal Arts invites applications for a full-time faculty position as coordinator of our composition program, beginning August 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES


The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: overseeing our freshman and junior year composition courses, including syllabi and textbook updates; working collaboratively with English/writing faculty to develop, implement, and assess curricula; training, supervising, and evaluating new instructors; and teaching approximately 9 credit hours per semester.

In addition to teaching assigned courses, full-time faculty members are expected to attend chapel services and academic meetings, serve on academic committees, support student activities, and hold office hours for mentoring and advisement.
