JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME


PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The assistant/ associate professor will be expected to remain current within the Exercise Science academic discipline and support excellence in teaching and research. In addition to teaching and research, the postholder will also advise students, develop new courses, and serve on various university committees as a full-time, career-track faculty member.

The assistant/ associate professor will be responsible for coordinating educational initiatives including research and evaluation of the curricula, teaching procedures, and educational materials within Exercise Science academic programs. The assistant/ associate professor will work with committees and advisory groups within the university to develop appropriate curricula meeting the needs of students.

EDUCATION:
Minimum Qualification: Terminal degree from an accredited institution in an academic field related to Exercise Science (for example, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or others)
