JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME


The Centre of Global Leadership is seeing a professional, organized, and people-focused Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator to support the Executive Director and help create exceptional experiences for students, guests, and partners.

This role combines executive support, financial processing and travel coordination, event planning, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and welcoming presence.

REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma and professional experience, preferred bachelor degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Possible travel required, domestic and international possibilities. Some evening and weekend events may be required.
