JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME


The Assistant Director serves as a key leader within Enrollment Management, translating strategic marketing vision into actionable, results-driven execution. This role manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of all marketing campaigns and communication initiatives designed to drive student engagement and enrollment growth. Working in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives, this position ensures all campaigns are aligned with institutional priorities, brand standards, and performance goals. The Assistant Director provides oversight for day-to-day marketing operations, supervises project timelines, and partners cross-functionally to optimize outcomes across multiple channels.

REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION: Prefer a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related field. An ORU graduate is preferred.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Travel: Occasional out-of-town travel, air and ground, and occasional use of personal vehicle will be required. The ability and willingness to travel and work occasional nights and weekends is required.
